Consultation has concluded


The draft Mobile Food Vendor Policy and Location Rules guide the operation of mobile food vendors, or food trucks, within the Council area.

This includes hours of operation, location and what permit fees apply.

In April Council resolved to undertake a second round of consultation as the previous community consultation coincided with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Based on public feedback, Council adopted the policy and location rules in August 2020, setting annual permit fees of $2000 per annum or $200 per month for mobile food vendors.
