Consultation has concluded
TheAngas Recreation Park Masterplanbalances the green spaces of the Park with sympathetic development of sport, recreation and multi-use activities.
Key improvements include junior oval, expanded multi-use clubroom and changeroom facilities and shared Show Hall facilities.
In September and October 2017 Council undertook extensive community consultation. In addition to community and stakeholder engagement, Council hosted open forums and pop-ups at Angaston Show, Tanunda Show, Mount Pleasant Show, Barossa Farmers Market and Angaston Town Hall. The consultation attracted 31 formal submissions and 45 informal submissions.
Council adopted the masterplan, committing to a traffic management plan and landscaping reference group.
