Consultation has concluded
We know how important it is for our community members to feel good in all aspects of their lives.
That’s why we’re partnering with Preventive Health SA to co-invest in the wellbeing of our community, to keep people feeling happy, healthy and connected.
Our goal is to learn more about the successes and challenges of staying physically and mentally well and socially connected.
With the right information, we can plan for current and future needs, opportunities and priorities.
We've developed a Community Engagement Plan, and over six weeks we're surveying community members, organisations, service providers and community networks to seek your thoughts and experiences about wellbeing.
The findings will help us develop a Wellbeing Plan, giving us an evidence-based, actionable plan to enhance community wellbeing.
Our survey runs until 9 August. We will drop printed surveys into local churches, businesses, schools, sporting clubs and facilities. If any organisations/ community groups would like printed surveys, please contact the Community Development Team at community@barossa.sa.gov.au and we can drop them off and pick up once completed.
This is a joint project between The Barossa Council and Preventive Health SA.
