Community Plan 2020-2040 and Advocacy Strategy 2020-2024

This consultation is now closed. Council adopted the Community Plan 2020-2040 and Advocacy Strategy 2020-2024 at the November 2020 Council meeting. The final plans are available at www.barossa.sa.gov.au

We have released two blueprints that capture the aspirations of the Barossa community.

The draft Barossa Community Plan 2020-2040 provides a roadmap for investment, liveability and wellbeing in the Barossa.

For the first time, we have also unveiled a draft Advocacy Strategy 2020-2024 that recognises our role and capacity, alongside stakeholders, to influence positive community-based outcomes.

Consultation runs from 23 September to 14 October 2020 and is an opportunity for the community to let us know if the targets we have set are a reflection of current community priorities.
